Founder & CEO

Born near the Israeli coast, Eyal is a surfer, developer, and entrepreneur reshaping surf travel. Blending global experience with deep technical skill, he approaches product development through intuitive vibe coding, building platforms that feel human, community-driven, and aligned with how surfers actually move through the world. As founder of Swellyo, he’s creating a smarter, more connected way to explore.​​

JAKE GLASER

Co-Founder & CMO

From Santa Monica, California, Jake brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of philanthropy, creative strategy, and community building. A longtime global health advocate and spokesperson for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, as well as a former agency founder, he is recognized for thought leadership in purpose-driven innovation and the ethical use of AI as a force for good. He translates bold vision into actionable systems, building platforms designed to serve people, communities, and planet.

AMIR BEKER

Chairman​

From central Israel, Amir is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years in the startup world. With a PhD in Physics and early roots in MedTech and bioinformatics, he has founded and led multiple technology ventures from inception through fundraising, scale, and successful exits. His expertise lies in building complex data-driven systems and guiding companies from startup to IPO.
