Born near the Israeli coast, Eyal is a sharp-minded leader, surfer, and entrepreneur with a vision of reshaping the future of surf travel. With a strategic approach rooted in lived experience, Eyal blends his deep connection to the ocean, global exploration, and commitment to community into a bold leadership style. He founded Swellyo as a platform not only to transform how we travel, but to drive meaningful environmental and cultural impact. Eyal’s clarity of vision, paired with his ability to turn insight into action, positions him as a next-generation leader in conscious travel and systems innovation.

Hailing from Santa Monica, California, Jake brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of philanthropy, social impact, and creative strategy. A seasoned spokesman and creative consultant for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and former founder of a creative agency, Jake channels bold ideas into tangible change. His strength lies in distilling big vision into actionable direction, applying a diverse toolkit and expansive network of impact-driven leaders, guiding initiatives with clarity, creativity, and purpose. His leadership is rooted in empathy, innovation, and a relentless drive to build systems that serve both people and planet.
AMIR BEKER
Co-Founder & CTO

From central Israel, Amir is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years in the startup arena. He started his career focusing on MedTech & Bioinformatics with a PhD in Physics which led him to the development & leadership of a collection of companies as founder, partner & CEO. Navigating complex community facing business environments focused on technology systems designed to collect and organize complex data, he grew into VC fundraising in tech as well as guiding business from startup to IPO / Exits.
